Mission narrative
Women empowerment is not a campaign, it is a sustained movement. Hasirotsava Forum has trained 100+ women aged 16 to 62 to ride geared motorcycles, building confidence, freedom and independence. Many of those women are now Eco Warriors actively driving environmental and social change.
Why this matters
When women are empowered, they don't just change their own lives, they become a force that changes communities. Access to confidence-building programs, leadership opportunities and economic pathways creates a multiplier effect that benefits entire families and neighbourhoods.
What Hasirotsava does
Hasirotsava Forum runs the Women on Wheels geared motorcycle training program, women's leadership forums, entrepreneurship support initiatives and outdoor empowerment experiences. These programs span age groups from teenagers to senior women, creating an inclusive and growing community of changemakers.
Work on the ground
Training women of all ages to ride geared motorcycles independently, building confidence, freedom and leadership through the powerful metaphor of the open road.
Creating platforms where women can participate publicly, lead initiatives, develop skills and build lasting networks of support and solidarity.
Women trained through our programs become active Eco Warriors, supporting environmental and social causes and inspiring other women to join the movement.
